BERLIN, Germany, August 6, 2020 -- T-knife GmbH, a next-generation adoptive T-cell company using its proprietary humanized T-cell receptor (HuTCR) mouse platform to treat solid tumors, announced today the closing of a €66 M Series A round of financing. The round was led by Versant Ventures and RA Capital Management, with significant participation from existing investors Andera Partners and Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund (BIVF).

BERLIN, Deutschland, 6. August 2020 -- Die T-knife GmbH gibt heute den Abschluss einer Serie-A-Finanzierung in Höhe von 66 Millionen Euro bekannt. Das Unternehmen entwickelt mit Hilfe seiner HuTCR (Humanized T-Cell Receptor)-Plattform eine neue Generation adoptiver T-Zell-Therapien zur Behandlung solider Tumoren. Lead-Investoren sind Versant Ventures und RA Capital Management. Die bisherigen Investoren, Andera Partners und der Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund (BIVF), haben sich ebenfalls in signifikanter Höhe beteiligt.
