Together with CIRO+, an international centre of excellence for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the company has launched the first patient-centric knowledge management system in COPD. The system currently integrates data from more than 3,000 COPD patients with up to 6,000 clinical data points per patient, collected pre- and post treatment. Using Biomax’ technologies for semantic integration and data mining, these and future data can be used to stratify patients and adapt therapy to individual needs.
