Scientists, company founders and technology transfer experts are looking forward to meeting potential licensees and investors from the biotech and pharmaceutical industry during BioVaria 2023, on 24 and 25 April at the Sofitel Munich. The interactive program focuses on outstanding development and start-up projects from European research institutes, universities and university hospitals, as well as comprehensive networking.
More than 50 selected licensable life-science technologies will be presented, about 30 of them in oral sessions, including new therapeutical and diagnostic approaches as well as innovative platform technologies. For the first time, young scientists will present projects from Ascenion’s Life Science Digital Hub, which is supported by GO-Bio initial.
BioVaria’s Startup Pitch & Partner programme features selected start-ups who will pitch their projects live on stage with the chance to win the BioVaria Award, endowed with EUR 2,000. In addition, the teams have the opportunity to provide investors with a deeper understanding of their idea in an exclusive speed-dating session. Start-ups interested in participating may apply online by 15 February.
BioVaria is jointly organised by Ascenion and a selected group of European technology transfer organisations.
