Karin Taş received her PhD from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) on peptide biochemistry of protein denaturation and aggregation in Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes, and the design of peptide-based inhibitors of amyloid self-assembly. Karin previously completed an MSc in Molecular Biotechnology at TUM.
During his PhD thesis at Ulm University, Richard Fiedler studied the development and synthesis of nanoparticles for biomedical diagnostics and therapy. Prior to this he gained an MSc in Chemistry and Management there.
