In her last position as Brand Manager at Sanofi, Rebekka was responsible for the company’s hematology portfolio and the launch of a new multiple myeloma therapy in Germany. She combines her industry and market experience with profound scientific expertise. After studying biotechnology at RWTH Aachen University, she received a Master of Science and a PhD in molecular medicine from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. Her doctoral thesis focused on the molecular mode of action of a novel anti-cancer drug candidate. ‘In technology transfer, I’ll be able to bring both worlds together. I’m really looking forward to working with the scientists from Max Delbrück Center and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, helping them advance their projects towards application,’ Rebekka says.
